We challenge you to find the FUN in functional fitness.

There’s strength in numbers — literally. While a solo workout can be therapeutic and confidence-boosting, we can all get by with a little help from our friends to get in those extra reps or just to show up!

Calling all runners

Join our 5k a month group at anytime. If you need a running buddy to complete your first or 15th 5k, contact us for details.

Calling all walkers

Not up for running? We love our walking, too! Next time you're in, ask about our next community walk. It's a blast!

Want to get to know your Barbell friends better? On the second Friday of every month, we try a new local restaurant.
