Habits to build:

  • Favorite movement: anything legs, squats, good morning etc
  • Hobbies: tiktok ๐Ÿ™ˆ but I started to read a bit more and once it’s not so cold outside I want to go on walks with the kiddos
  • Fitness Goal: to be able to do a pull up or a box jump whichever comes first lol
  • Non-scale victory: being more consistent with working out
  • Why โค๏ธ BFC: I never really enjoyed going to other gyms and this helps me more because I have no idea what I’m doing or what to do when working out. Plus it’s nice to see all the familiar faces and everyone is always motivating each other which is nice to see.
