Habits to build:
๐ฆ Drink your water! 80-100 ounces every day.

๐ด Get 7 hours of sleep and at least 1 rest day/week

- Hobbies: tiktok ๐ but I started to read a bit more and once it’s not so cold outside I want to go on walks with the kiddos

- Why โค๏ธ BFC: I never really enjoyed going to other gyms and this helps me more because I have no idea what I’m doing or what to do when working out. Plus it’s nice to see all the familiar faces and everyone is always motivating each other which is nice to see.
